Survivors & Thrivers Group

Thursday, Feb. 2, 10:30 a.m.-Noon

It's Ground Hog's Day, so come on out and see if you see your shadow! If you do, don't be scared and run back in
your hole; come and join your fellow Survivors & Thrivers instead. Survivors & Thrivers is a group for those
who have lost a loved one or had their loved one enter a long-term care
facility. Our focus is on coping with
our loss and making the most of the rest of our lives. Newcomers are always welcome. Call Ron or

Grupo de Apoyo Para Problemas en la Casa (en Espanol)

Tuesdays, Feb. 7 and Feb. 28, 9:30-11 a.m.

Si usted tiene problemas en casa con un hijo, conyuge o miembro de la familia,
este grupo de apoyo le ayudara a manejar sus problemas. Para informacion por favor llame a Rose al

Caregiver Support Group with Rose & Ron - (2^nd Tuesday)

Do something special for yourself (and your loved one) for Valentine's Day by
joining forces with other caregivers in caring for our great big loving,
hurting hearts! We will focus on how to
take care of our hearts-physically and emotionally. Come for a listening ear, ideas and tips, and
even a few laughs to relieve a bit of the stress of caregiving. And expect chocolate!!!

Heart-y Walking Wednesday

After lunch, we will take our usual walk in the park at TY Park, corner of Sheridan

Caregiver Support Group - Special Celebration of our Families

Monday, Feb. 27, 2-3:30 p.m.

Tell me about your grandma! In honor of those
who have come before us and in celebration of those who make up our current
families, we are having family album sharing day. Bring a couple of your favorite family albums
or a few of your cherished family photos, and we will spend our time sharing
our family stories and traditions with one another and helping preserve our
family histories. This special session is open to both present and past caregivers.
